The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied, even fixing broken glasses free of charge. The store has a great selection of glasses, and prices are more reasonable compared to other eye care offices. With free in-store pickup and shipping on qualifying purchases, customers can get the vision care they need at a great value.
My mom, sister and I were on a "girls" weekend and mom's prescription sunglasses were bent hurting her ear. Melissa, worked on her glasses free of charge and got them straightened out! She was very friendly and understanding. Thank you very much!
All employees were super helpful and very friendly on the day of my appointment and patient when it came to picking out glasses. Came back again a few months later to fix my glasses after I broke the frames and they got me in and out with no issues, even cleaned my lenses and made sure the frames were a good fit.
I don’t understand why people are so hateful of this vision center. I was helped by a very nice associate named Lisa. She was very professional and was on top of sanitizing all surfaces and frames before and after use. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and different styles of frames. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They accept Eye Med and also have very nice styles of frames less than $100. If I could give ten stars I would!!
