Been a customer for a few years. Great experience from having my exams to picking out my glasses. They figure out the price in a very easy to see way that makes it easy to decide what options you have. The people are all very personable and helpful.

Excellent doctors fantastic customer service4 to 6 weeks to get glassesFar to long in my humble opinionAfter finding out about the delay i was informed i would not be able to get my money back. I now have to wait an additional 3 weeks 3 additional weeks pf not being able to see drive work assist my clients or even go a day without a massive impactful headache. Had i known this at the time of purchase i would have made other arrangements.This is the third maybe fourth time i have seen this doctor With nothing poor to say about customer service or the quality of care.I understand this is outside their control and dont blame them I would consider such a LONG delay to delivery...read full review

Vision Care Associates' doctors are well-known for being primary eye care providers; they encouraging systemic disease prevention, promote eye health maintenance, perform patient education, and diagnose and treat acute and chronic eye disease in a variety of settings. All of our doctors have completed undergraduate study as well as four years of a strenuous doctorate program dedicated to learning about ocular structures, visual perception, and the eyes' role in other systemic diseases. Every year they complete many hours of formal Continuing Education training to maintain and improve their skills in the areas of medical optometry, disease detection and treatment, and optical knowledge.
