I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this place for glasses, I brought a prescription in from the outside from another doctor. Today I go back to ask for a record of my prescription and they wouldn't give it to me and they claimed it was HIPAA, which is a bunch of bold cuz it's my records. But they had no trouble taking hundreds and hundreds of my dollars to make prescription for my new glasses off of that prescription from outside but then when I asked it for my records to take home they would not give it to me this place is Despicable they don't know what they're talking about HIPAA doesn't apply to me in my own records, you Bozos.

I paid $600 for a pair of glasses from this place that I cannot wear they offered to super glue the stem so it stops moving never again you got me once you won't ever get me again

The employee who helped me took the prescription into the back and vanished. The other employee came out and helped someone else. After about 20 minutes, I finally interrupted the other employee to ask where the woman who was helping me went, and ended up getting that woman to get the prescription back so I could just leave and go somewhere else. I didn't even see the original employee again before I left.
