The nail tech did a decent job on my nails. I went in for the $65 mani/pedi special that I noticed posted outside. Was told to sign my name in. Waited to be sat in the pedicure chair and after my services I ended up paying $110 after all the “up charges” that came from removing my previous gel polish and other silly charges. I did agree for gel polish on my hands only, picked out a gel color and the tech came back with dip powder and insisted to do dip on my nails instead which I’m sure is another upcharge. Felt like I was rushed through my appointment. Painted on 2 really thin layers of gel to the point where my nails are bending and already have broken 2 when it’s been 2 days. Finished filing my nails as I was standing so someone else could sit down. Went out to have a smoke break in the middle of my appointment. Very unprofessional. Not impressed. Would not recommend.
Loved my experience and will be back! The lady that did my nails was friendly and took her time to make them just right. She also asked questions to make sure that I liked the length, shape, and design. ?
