Disappointed. Her lack of communication makes me give her a 1 Star review. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment and it took her 2 weeks to get back to me. I should have taken that as a sign, but she said she was on vacation with her family. After my color and cut she curled my hair and it looked really cute. I usually wear my hair straight so I styled it at home to find it was very uneven and the color was uneven as well. I reached out to her realized my hair color and cut were I had reached out to her and she ghosted me. I have posted my review several times and it keeps getting edited or deleted.

Very poor service. No one answers the phone. I left 2 messages on the online customer service number, send a message through their contact us page and attempted to leave a message on Merisa's phone. However, her mailbox was full! I've been rying to get an order status, which I should have received by now. Tracking shows that it hasn't even shipped yet. Supposedly still processing.I don't understand how anyone can run a business like this. Buyer beware...

I have purchased all of my hair products from Revive Salon for several years. My own salon in Ohio carries OWAY (which is all I use now) but they cannot top the fast shipping and fantastic pricing that Revive Salon provides. I will add that I have really enjoyed the short conversations and excellent customer service provided by Merissa! I only wish that I lived close enough to utilize all of the services provided! That being said, I appreciate this business so very much. Even thru distance they have become a very important part of my life. I depend on them and they continue to meet and exceed my expectations! I truly appreciate you Merissa! God Bless You! And may this wonderful business prosper.
