So my 40 year old furnace was having some problems and it was getting too expensive to fix and my AC unit was over 20 years old. I took bids from three companies and Lambert was the last one to come out to give me an estimate and I was almost sold right on the spot but I had to wait to see their estimate. They came in very competitively priced and actually blew one company out by over 4K. All I can say is that this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. I'm 67 years old I went to school to be a mechanic but I ended up being a parts man all my life but I also still fix all my own stuff because I find that when I hire somebody I'm always disappointed.. Not the case here... I'm very impressed and here's why... You call them and they promptly answer the phone.. They say they will call you back and they do that.. Due to the nature of my house as far as close quarters and having to figure out a way to get the ductwork to the outside of the house rather than through the roof was a challenge. The two main technicians showed up exactly on time. They were super to work with it was almost like you hired the kid next door. They were very kind and courteous and worked their butts off and completed the task on time even with all the twists and turns. They were very good at communicating and their level and skill of work was astounding and this is coming from a guy who's really picky but they impressed me. They left the house clean! It also needed have some electrical work done and I do believe they subcontract that to a company and I also have to say those people were also amazing! I would definitely rate this experience a 10 out of 10. Thank you Lambert and your team you are awesome!
We were treated like family, the communication was great. The guys showed up when they said they would, kept everything tidy replacing both the furnace and air conditioner, adn were done when they said they would be. We highly recommend Lambert Heating & Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs! 5 Stars across the board!!!
