Saw on the website “ Walk ins always welcome” so I went to get my my haircut. When I walked in there was nobody working in the front and none of the workers in the back even acknowledged me or greeted me. I sat down and waited for about 20 minutes until one of the workers finally greeted us and said we don’t do walk ins with a very judgy tone like I did something wrong and none of them helped me any further with maybe setting up an appointment. Won’t be coming here ever again?

My first experience was good!! I arrived 10 minutes early because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone. My stylist did a good job, made sure I left happy with my hair cut, and was easy to talk to.

I've enjoyed my experience with my stylist and service at the salon; however, it is frustrating when you call multiple times with no answer during business hours. I even left two voicemails to schedule a hair appointment and I never received a call back to schedule - even though their voicemail prompts to do so. They seem to have a light schedule for staffing, as I have had a hard time on multiple occasions to schedule an appointment. They say walk-ins are always welcome, but I called and they stated it was only if someone was available.
