Suggestions: get a cart for therapists to use for cups and stones, and hot towel cabbies in the room so they don’t have to leave the room so many times. Don’t listen to earbuds while massaging, it’s very distracting and I find it unprofessional. Lastly, it’s very tacky to ask for tips. We left them in the room. I chose not to weigh down your overall ratings with a lower star but aside from these points, my massage was very general, no targeted work at all, and so fast it made me nauseous at times.

After long drive I saw recommendations that Coco gave great deep tissue massage. I liked that there were multiple masseuses working and even a gentleman greeter who explained different type of services. Very professional and clean. Coco did a great job and was very friendly.
