She clippered through the sides of my head like a lawnmower, and she completely changed my hairstyle without asking. I told her not to clip short in the crown or the temples, or it would not lay down. (Insert favorite colorful profanity here.) I told her that what she did would take six to eight weeks to lay down again.

Too hasty and didn’t give us the cut we asked for! Literally looked like she put a bowl on his head and cut around it! We had to go else where to get it fixed but I tipped her anyway for effort!

Dear miss Emily.Although I appreciate your effort in helping guests. To be fair, being a professional does sometimes require some effort. My brother went in just a few moments ago. He came home almost in tears. His “fade” he requested definitely is NOT blended in, he said you also made him feel bad about how he styles his curls? Which was not okay. Please take this moment as a learning one. I do hope there is another stylist there that we can go to that is a tad bit more experienced and polite.
