Always great! All of the stylists are pleasant and always in an upbeat mood and make you feel comfortable. Like being home and a family member trimming your hair while reminiscing over the days events.

Checked in at 10:30 with a roughly 90 minute wait stated. Arrived a little before noon and waited 10 minutes before getting in the chair. Hair was cut as requested and out the door by 12:15. Very happy with the service. This was my first time using the app. I will definitely use it again in the future.

She clippered through the sides of my head like a lawnmower, and she completely changed my hairstyle without asking. I told her not to clip short in the crown or the temples, or it would not lay down. (Insert favorite colorful profanity here.) I told her that what she did would take six to eight weeks to lay down again.
