I had a great experience at the Ulta in Rapid City today! I’m not much of a makeup person, so shopping there can feel a little overwhelming, but Madeline made it so easy. She recommended a lip plumper that I already love, and when I couldn’t decide on a perfume, she suggested a sample set so I could try several scents before committing to a full-size bottle. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be back!
Came in for ear piercings (totalling about $65 and change after tip) and it was a super quick process, taking at most 10 minutes from when I walked in to when I walked out. Jessie M. was super friendly and explained the cleaning process thorougly, even demonstrating it. She keeps her station clean and even gave me a piece of candy afterwards! They also have a decent variety for jewlery you can choose from directly while there. Would highly recommend going to her for anyone looking for starter ear piercings.
