After coloring my hair at home for a looooong time, I decided to grow out my gray. I wasn't sure how to move forward but Christine did. She is helping me grow out my gray in the most graceful way possible and my hair looks great! It looks so good that I'm kicking myself for not using her a long time ago! The staff were very friendly and patient while giving a three-year-old a haircut. The fire truck had buttons that made noises and made the wheels spin, ans they had a movie playing. There is a nice little waiting area with toys for siblings while they wait.

Paris was amazing! Super friendly and easy to talk to! She did a fantastic job and gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair cut was really grown out, and it only took her 10 minutes with her shears to get it back to its healthy and manageable shape. I loved everything about my appointment and I will keep coming back again and again.

She mentioned to me about the man at the hair salon in Walmart, she told me about her experience with Dennis and she was very complimentary of him. Lynn is great, I always have her cut my hair. Barbers which Lynn is have better training, and in my opinion do far superior hair cuts. This is definitely the case with Lynn. Love her haircuts, she is awesome.

She is so creative and talented and uses high quality products (one needs to have this trifecta for the high quality level of product she produces)!! Acrylic out, Gel is in! They are so gracious and thoughtful with helping me determine what it is I actually want even though I don't always know the correct terms to ask for what I want. Im a longhaul truck driver that recently moved to the area. My schedule is extremely fluid. I called and left a mssg. Yelena called me back later that evening. We spoke and I explained what I was looking for and that I was also hoping to find a reliable spot that would be willing to work with my very fluid schedule, which I know is not easy to do when you're running a business that is scheduled by time slots. Yelena was very helpful, understanding and accommodating. Not only did she get me in, but she got me in on a day that most places are closed, July 4th. If that doesn't scream dedication & just giving of her own time, I don't know what does! She did my lashes & waxed my brows. She's simply amazing! I could not be happier with my lashes & brows. I wont be looking elsewhere! She knows what she's doing & does it very well! I asked for certain things and she was able to accommodate. The atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. If fine lines, light-handedness, and good vibes are what you’re after, look no further. Not many artists in the area can replicate the level of work done by the artist.
It is also nice that this is a private practice and by appointment only if you’re big on privacy.

Went to this place for the first time and honestly so glad I did. I just moved here and it’s hard to find a piercer I trust with my body. Although I just went for a jewelry change, I plan on going back this weekend to get some piercings!! Lexi was so welcoming and understanding, she really listens to you and try’s to accommodate your piercing to the way you’d like it but in a safe and healable way of course!! Loved this place!!

Craig was very professional. He diagnosed the problem with my furnace in just a short time. Craig didn’t even try to upsell or or try to replace parts not needed. When part was unavailable he called to tell me it was ordered but he was still trying to find it locally. He did find the part and came after his last job to install part so we would have heat. The bill was less than anticipated and also gave discount for cash and veteran discount. I was totally impressed with the service and price. I will definitely use Loyal for any future service.

I called a few weeks ago as a hail Mary attempt to save my couch. Long story short, I got back a brand new couch that was in terrible condition from an ex boyfriend. It smelled awful and I couldn't afford to get it cleaned at the time. I gave them a call and a very sweet woman called me back. I don't remember her name but she and her husband gave me some great tips to try and get it cleaned up. I am so forever grateful to Menkins carpet cleaning and upholstery. Without them, I'm not sure I would have been able to salvage my couch. Thankfully it's in great shape now! I will always remember this! ❤️

We are so pleased with the carpet install Flooring America did for us! We shopped around for over a month, hoping to find someone who would both respect our budget and not have an outrageous lead time, and Flooring America definitely surpassed our expectations.
To start, Kristin was so incredibly helpful when it came to finding us exactly what we needed- she has great taste, and was able to show us samples that both fit our budget and were still what we wanted, design-wise. She was able to order the carpet and set up an install date exceedingly fast, multiple weeks sooner than other flooring places had offered us.
When it came to the carpet and pad install, Mack was an absolute champ. He did our entire basement and stairs by himself(!!!), which was no easy task. He was super respectful of our home, (if you've had home reno jobs done before, you'll know how rare that can be), and was always clear and concise about when he'd be working and leaving. There were a few times that he even knew our daughter would be napping, and he offered to work away from her room during that time, just to make sure she slept well.
I definitely will be (and already have been!) recommending these guys for anything.

I've always said the measurements of good customer service comes out when something goes wrong. Karma came out and sprayed and a couple weeks later we saw some wolf spiders. I called and text over the pictures of what we were dealing with and Karma didn't bat an eye about coming back out and respraying. We haven't seen any spiders or bugs afterwards. Karma takes care of their clients. I was a referal and I now know why they were referred to me. Great job Karma!

Hands down THE best dentist I've ever been to. This is the 5th dentist office I've been to in my life (first in Rapid City) and I am so thankful I chose Orchard Meadows. My hygienist was thorough, asking me questions even before she started evaluating my teeth. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. The female dentist also took the time to examine my teeth (not just the poke 3 teeth and call it a day). The check out receptionist was also kind. I didn't expect to spend 2 full hours at an initial dental visit, but this office takes the time to hear your concerns, evaluate thoroughly, and answer all questions. I will never go anywhere else. Everyone at HS is amazing. Great attitudes and they love their job. You can tell. The Doctors are great. Work with you to tey and find a solution to your problem and work to fix it. I initially went in for pain in my neck and base of my head. They did a full exam with mobility and posture. In less than two months noticed an improvement in posture. If you just want a chiropractic adjustment or a whole body improvement. I recommend Health Source.

I had such a great experience here with Heather and Kent. I had an injured disk that caused pain and made me have "foot drop". After 3 months of recovery, I can say that I am glad I never had surgery and stuck with the routine. My disk has recovered and my pinched nerve from "foot drop" is back to normal! It was important for me to ask questions and listen to the advice that was given to make the most of this recovery. Doctor Kent only uses the best practices for treatment of the spine. I see Dr. Jamie and he is very professional and kind. After I get an adjustment, I am always leaving, feeling better than we I went in. They always always have time for a walk in adjustment if I did something silly. They also have a kids' room to do adjustment on children or for kids to play while a parent get adjusted.
I received a thermography scan from Dr Sheila and she was kind, thoughtful and patient through the experience. I can genuinely recommend her based on her professionalism and compassion.

I can’t say enough good things about this dermatology office! They got me in super quick and even saw me without a referral, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, professional, and welcoming. The building itself is immaculate and has such a warm, comforting atmosphere.
The ladies at the front desk are incredibly polite and friendly—they set the tone for the whole visit. The doctors are absolutely wonderful too; they take their time with you and make you feel cared for, not just like another number on the list.

I've found my go-to vet clinic! After moving here over two years ago, I've tried a few clinics, but this one stands out. Dr. Heather Mahlen is exceptional - informative, caring, and knowledgeable. She took the time to address my concerns and provided valuable recommendations to help my anxious cat, Oscar.
The clinic's welcoming atmosphere and kind front desk staff made a great first impression. What truly impressed me, though, was Dr. Mahlen's genuine care for her patients. Oscar, usually terrified at the vet, was surprisingly affectionate towards her - a testament to her gentle and compassionate approach.

These guys, along with Resting Pawz did an amazing job at taking care of our Addy. This was the first time we have ever had to put one of our fur babies to sleep and they did it in such a loving, caring and peaceful manner. Thank you for walking us through everything and allowing us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. Autumn Hills is the best vet I've ever had. Recently my pup got a gash on her chest during a hike, the vet team was responsive, got me in that day, and was so patient explaining to me the process and options for her stitches. Multiple vet techs took the time to answer my questions and examine her. The new office is expansive, clean, and has the waiting room divided into sections to help anxious pets not see others. They are also very affordable and worked with me to give my dog quality care inside our financial limitations. I recommend this vet to all my friends and family!
Oh, and how could I not mention that they are flexible to work with any time constraints you have, boarding your pet to work with your schedule!

I felt so safe leaving my baby Poe for his surgery. Kirsten, our tech, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions. The Doctor who did his surgery did wonderful. Poe did not seem to have any discomfort and he healed very nicely. Kirsten even called the next day to follow up and see how he was doing. So happy to have found a vet we trust!

The way these groomers can trim a Chihuahua's nails is incredible! i though i was an ace with a dremel but was not able to accomplish mine's claws. They are efficient, inexpensive & kind so will never go anywhere else!
I took my tea cup puppy there. The stylist did a phenomenal job on his cut. I highly recommend them for any pet grooming needs. Also, all the staff was very informative and polite.
They do amazing cuts on the dogs. Our dogs love to get here and I never have to worry about the quality of the grooming! It is always top notch!
Very nice lady who charges a very fair price and her available days and hours were easy to get in with compared to other groomers in the area. She really cares about the dogs.

Brought our little Murph dogg into 4 paws and they knew exactly what to do! They got us in promptly and were great with communication. My parents absolutely loved what they did with his cut! Staff was wonderful and treated him with care. He was slightly nervous when we got there but happy as can be when I picked him up! Happy enough we had to hike and get his super white paws dirty the same day:) Highly recommend!
If you want your doggy perfectly groomed, beautifully cared for loved a lot and just wonderfully taken care of give Felicia @Classy Canine a call. Felicia is a classy lady who knows her business. She is a groomer extraordinaire she takes such good care of my Honey and I appreciate her to the max. Also, I just wanna add. We had two older shih tzus named Livvy and Franny and we took them to Classy Canine where they were taken super good care of by the owner there who is Tosha. We appreciated how she cared for our older puppies so much because we had taken them to other groomers in the area and who gave them hotspots and bad grooms, We even had to take one of our dogs to the vet for vet bill of about $100 after being shaved too close at a local groomer. Anyway, after these bad experiences with other groomers, we took our dogs to Classy Canine and we have not gone anywhere else since. We’re glad we took them to Classy Canine and Felicia is our absolute favorite groomer —the best in the West! I don’t usually do these review things, but I had to give Felicia her due She gets 5 stars from me and I would even give her 10 stars. She’s that good!

This studio was my favorite out of the 3 studios that I floated in between in Rapid City when I lived there. I love that they collaborate with other small businesses in the area for special events. I loved their outdoor classes! There are a variety of classes with different skill levels and focuses for class. The yoga studio is well rounded and has something for everyone, who is interested in yoga.
We tried this out on a whim because my 5 year old son had a cough that wouldn’t go away for months. After just one visit to the salt room his cough was almost completely gone. I’m a believer. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back.

Have had massages twice in the last 2 months. Tom and Niko were both amazing. Tom hit some spots I didn’t even know I needed and it felt amazing. I have been going to Molly for about two years. I’ve been to countless massage therapists over the years to help with pain. Even with a recent surgery that alleviated a lot of my problems I still schedule regularly with her. She is honestly the best I’ve ever seen. She is so knowledgeable of even the littlest muscles, she listens and cares. She’s calm and relaxed, she’s professional and personable. Today during my session I got a quick nap and then even some tears because I was feeling so overwhelmed after some hard days at work but I felt so safe, relaxed and tended to— it was therapeutic in more ways than one. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I in was in town to do the Crazy Horse hike up to the top. I knew after that I would need a good massage. The massage studio is very nicely decorated, peaceful and welcoming. Elizabeth is very personable and friends immediately puts you at ease. I had never had a barefoot massage but now that I have I am going to try and find a place at home. I highly recommend Elizabeth you will not be disappointed!
I've had issues with my right ear, jaw, and shoulder for a few years now. Finally I decided to look into the pain and was diagnosed with TMJ. There isn't a lot you can do about it, but my fiance booked me a massage to see if it helps. In short, magic took place. After 90 minutes worth of work on my neck area, I left feeling like a new man. Cassi even linked me to equipment I can use at home to help manage the issues. I cannot recommend this place enough.

After several years of monthly massage as part of my care routine, I was thrilled to transition to Renae's massage when she opened her practice! Renae is attentive to current known needs and the pains that are revealed in the massage. She adjusts pressure as needed and is easy to communicate with. She uses a variety of modalities with skill and smooth transitions. Renae and I have adjusted my frequency and length of massage to meet current needs. I am delighted with Renae as my massage therapist and continue with at least monthly massage.
Tanya is a wonderful masseuse! My first massage was towards the end of my pregnancy last summer and she was so kind and worked all of the spots that were bothering me.
