“I went to the Neurology Department today ti get nerve and muscle testing done. The lady who came to do the first part of the testing was Crystal I believe. Kudos to her, she was kind, informative, personable, and didn’t rush. Seems everyone is in a hurry these days and forget their bedside manners. Crystal was funny and took time to explain my questions and share a little about herself to me. Thank you crystal, even though you were shocking and hurting me you made my visit at least tolerable.
