Staff were very thorough, had lots of questions, and actually listened. Clients felt finally heard. Kim took her time going over every lab, explained everything very well, and had a good plan in place. Angela and the team made clients feel extremely “seen” and took the time to do what most clinics overlook. Clients are feeling excited about the future. Kim is very down to earth and listens.
