Once Rx is sent to pharmacy you need to call in and work through voice prompts until you get to speak with a pharmacy staff member. Once you get through the ‘who am I speaking with’ process you list your Rx and they will confirm items.
I called in late morning time and they had everything ready in the afternoon on the same day. Very easy process.“
