“New to area and have just started to use 28th Medical Group Pharmacy. Staff are quite nice.
Once Rx is sent to pharmacy you need to call in and work through voice prompts until you get to speak with a pharmacy staff member. Once you get through the ‘who am I speaking with’ process you list your Rx and they will confirm items.
I called in late morning time and they had everything ready in the afternoon on the same day. Very easy process.”
“Staff was friendly. Didn't wait long. Communicated well throughout the appointment.”
“I was a little worried about coming here because of some of the reviews but because of my current situation, I didnt have much options. I was pleasantly surprised after seeing CNP Jenn Sobolik who ended up being the best doctor/gyno Ive ever had. I felt seen and heard. She was very kind and caring and helped me feel better about an uncomfortable situation. She also went above and beyond to make sure I could get help for things that she wasnt able to help me with. Everyone else here including the receptionist, assistant and the person taking my blood were also all very friendly and made me feel comfortable.”
