New to area and have just started to use 28th Medical Group Pharmacy. Staff are quite nice.
Once Rx is sent to pharmacy you need to call in and work through voice prompts until you get to speak with a pharmacy staff member. Once you get through the ‘who am I speaking with’ process you list your Rx and they will confirm items.
I called in late morning time and they had everything ready in the afternoon on the same day. Very easy process.
You know what is really cool? Waiting 19 positions in queue until it's your turn just for there to be an error about no available help and finding an available associate, and them to re-queue you back at position 19. It's fine. I don't mind waiting an hour. It isn't like I have a life or anything pressing to get back to 😑
