I was a little worried about coming here because of some of the reviews but because of my current situation, I didnt have much options. I was pleasantly surprised after seeing CNP Jenn Sobolik who ended up being the best doctor/gyno Ive ever had. I felt seen and heard. She was very kind and caring and helped me feel better about an uncomfortable situation. She also went above and beyond to make sure I could get help for things that she wasnt able to help me with. Everyone else here including the receptionist, assistant and the person taking my blood were also all very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
This review is a review for Rima Lake. A patient navigator who works at complete health. She isn't employed by them but is located on site. Her basic job is to help people get Medicaid who are eligible. She is easy to talk to and makes the process super simple and is someone who relates to the people she helps. They don't advocate for her the way they should. So if you need insurance stop procrastinating and set an appointment with her through complete health. It's easy and worth a shot.
This morning, I had a appt at community Health. While I was waiting in the lobby, I unfortunately had a seizure that was about 5 minutes longer. After the seizure my doctor was very extremely caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Stephanie.
