“Staff at the Front desk is Great! Being newer to Monument per Medicare requirements of needing a Primary which we did. The only problem we are now finding out is if your dr is out you cannot have a prescription called in for example an antibiotic without seeing the dr. Hmm rather difficult 1 if you're out of town and 2 if the dr is on vacation 🤔
So what good is having a Primary for extra $$$ if you have to spend extra $$$ to go see Urgent care?”
