Have only visited a couple of times over the years, but each time has been a memorable experience. Owner is down-to-earth and genuinely wants to help, and isn't trying to rip you. Most recently, I was visiting Brookings for a week on business, but had forgot my computer charger back home (over 6 hours away). The owner let me borrow a charger for free, and just trusted me to bring it back.
Humanity in business is increasingly hard to find. Cherish it while you can, Brookings.
Brought my laptop on because the case and brackets where broken. Laptop is old so getting a new case would have cost a fortune and taken forever because the casing is outdated and no longer sold. Ordered a new bracket with some ingenuity he was able to fix the broken case I had in a timely matter. Laptop is back and good to go. Def recommend. Real nice guy.
Great service! My computer was fixed in a very timely manner, and he made sure to tell me what needed to be fixed and why, while telling me more about the type of computer I had. The owner was very upfront with me, and did not even attempt to up-charge me for anything.
