A-i Computer Solutions provides good service and nice behavior. The customer service is great, with timely phone answers and helpful assistance. They offer free diagnostic reviews to identify issues and provide solutions. They can fix hardware problems, optimize hardware settings, and provide reasonable prices. A customer with experience building computers found their service to be excellent and would be comfortable sending a family member to them. They have fixed complex problems and provided additional services, such as testing other hardware and optimizing case layouts and BIOS settings.
I was pleasantly surprised by their timeliness, communication, diagnostics, and overall service. They diagnosed a failed CPU in under 1.5 hours, ordered a replacement, updated my MOBO BIOS, and had it back to me within a week. And this was all over the 4th of July holiday. I'm impressed, and without pretension, I can say that I am hard to impress. The staff here are knowledgeable and resourceful. Jerid was amazing to work with, patient and generous with his time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would absolutely recommend them. Work with these guys. Thank them later.
A great group of people. They’re always helpful and efficient and friendly. I bought a new router from them and they were helpful in setting it up and making sure that the installation went smoothly. It is great to have a local computer tech company that is so competent.
They were extremely polite and helpful and timely in fixing my computer and I have even called them since they repaired my computer with questions and they kindly assisted me beyond the service they provided.
