Josh took time out of his evening to return my call about issues with our furnace. He told me whether or not he gained my business, he just wanted to make sure I was educated to be safe. I knew I did not want to look any further for service after that conversation. I made an appointment with Josh and he stopped over to assess our situation. From there we came up with a game plan for a new furnace. Josh took in account our future plans for our home and made sure to build our new furnace system accordingly. Josh and Andrew came out installed our new furnace within a day. All I can say is wow! The quality of work is outstanding and they took care of ever little detail. They left no mess and made sure to check in with us the next day. Since the installation we have been worry free and I will always be a loyal customer of these guys! “Twice our 20+ year old central air unit decided to stop working. Both times right at the onset of a heatwave. The first time (3-4 years ago) we called a competitor to Langland's and after 2 hours they gave up and said it was not repairable. We called Langland's and even though they were super busy, they found the time to come out. Literally took them 30 minutes to get our AC back up and running. The second time (today) we didn't waste our time calling someone else. This repair was a bit more work but once again the were quick, professional, and didn't mess around. Our home is cool and it's occupants are happy. As long as Langland's is in business they will be the only place in Brookings we call for heating or cooling issues.“
