Highly recommend. Came out same day, within an hour to fix a part on my A/C unit. While the tech was there, he also checked over my system and cleaned off the coils. Will be doing business with this company again!Service: Repair HVAC

We've used Active Heating 2 years in a row. First time we had a faulty wire to the outside fan. 2nd time frozen AC unit during 95 degree weather. Our Tech was very professionaland informative. We talked through the inspection and how we could do some preventive maintenance to prevent icing up. They are reasonably priced and very quick to respond to questions over the phone. Would recommend to anyone.

Our AC went out Wednesday so I called and left an after-hours message. I have a sister-in-law who lives with us who has progressive MS and epilepsy and heat causes her to have seizures. The next morning, I was called and an appointment was set up for that afternoon. Upon talking with the tech, he explained that unfortunately the repairs would be over half of a new system. I went with the new system option and was put on the schedule for Tuesday May 30. Yesterday, May 25, they showed up and installed my system 5 days early!They said they understood the urgency we had and wanted to get us taken care of right away.Top notch service, excellent communication and a honest...read full review
