Needed water heater replaced. Called them and they showed up when they told me, first thing following morning. Had all supplies with them. Looks like a professional job. Friendly staff. Have not received bill yet, we will see on that subject.

Air conditioner quit working. Had purchased from Active, so called them. Came out early next day. Repaired, problem was covered under warranty. Also performed yearly maintenance and replaced filter. Technician was very nice!
