We needed our thermostat replaced. Something went wrong after it was replaced on Friday. I called them Saturday morning and they sent Troy right out. He spent most of the day working on the problem (he wasn’t even on call that day). He didn’t give up, explained what he was trying on each step, and was so professional and pleasant.
