We had a leak under the kitchen sink in an 130 year old house, so that can be scary ( can of worms feelings ) he explained to me how leak can occur over time with the type of material (copper) they used a hundred years ago. That it can become problematic over time, which is understandable, nothing lasts forever. But he was honest, gave me sound advice and fixed it fast and efficiently.
