Technician was polite, informative, and thorough. I was irritated that a/c coil cleaning is an up charge beginning in 2026. Extra $95 for a 15 minute job was pretty excessive. I’ll be checking with Waterbury, Frisbee’s, or another company for next year.
I used this company while I was in a bind, this winter my furnace went out in the middle of the night. When I called Dejager, I was promptly answered by a service tech who showed up in a timely manner and found a solution to the problem within a reasonable amount of time. When sent the invoice payment options were simple, and easy to complete. This company has a high level of professionalism that shows in their attitudes and the work they do work. Can’t recommend them enough!
No more guessing on the temp inside the house. Had a new thermostat put in. Very easy to work with. Responded quickly and very punctual with the work. I would have them work on other things in my house.
