“My family recently had a flood in our home and it impacted 2 levels of the home, several rooms including bathrooms, closets, laundry room, storage rooms and even the garage. I reached out to several contractors and everyone was either too busy or not interested in helping and then I found Burch Contracting online and called Scott and he told me he was really busy but eager to help so he would work with his team to split them up and get the ball rolling, so that we could come back home. (We are a family of 4 with 2 under 10 in a motel during this) He and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get us back home. He was very patient with me and my insurance company through all of this and made sure that MY insurance company didn't impact my experience with him, despite the fact they drug their feet on the approvals and such. None the less Scott and the team went above and beyond in making our home back to normal as fast as possible. Then the hurricane came in September and I had lost some siding and had a roof leak due to some shingles moving and mentioned it to Scott and he sent his team out to fix it and we didn't know until it was already done that he had taken care of it. That is just a small example of how on top of things they are and always willing to pivot as needed and go the extra mile. I will recommend him and his team every single time as well as ensure he is my go to when I need work done. Super high quality, fairness and professional is what you get when you work with him.“
