When I asked for her to cut a little shorter, I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing her and felt like she understood what I wanted. She was great and easy to chat with. “I had an interview for a job and decided to cover the red in my hair with some brown box dye so I could look more professional. Long story short two days later I was sitting in Becca’s chair crying, hoping she could fix my hair before my interview. She could not get my hair to what I wanted it to be but she fixed it well enough to get me through my interview. I went back 8 weeks later, today, so we could do something else with my hair to get it on the right track.
