This was my first time getting waxed—something I’d been wanting to try for a while but kept putting off because I was nervous about the pain. Today, I finally bit the bullet and booked an appointment with Mabel to get my full legs, full arms, and underarms done.

To my surprise, it wasn’t nearly as painful as I imagined. Was there some discomfort? Sure—but nothing unbearable.
