Love this gym! It is smaller and much more personal than the usual big box gym. I didn't feel intimidated or overwhelmed by everything when I first went in. And it still has everything you need from cardio, free weights, circuit training, etc and you don't have to fight for a spot in line. If you are looking for a gym that has a much more laid back atmosphere while still having all the machines, etc. , this is your place! They have classes and personal training if you're interested but they are also very approachable if you just need help figuring out what machine does what. Great facility, helpful staff, and amazing hours. They're also constantly improving the facility, which is nice. They did put me into collections for $120 without warning while I was deployed, though, so I have to dock a star for that.

This gym is always clean and with 24 hour access it's always open. Very well taken care of, and most people pick up after themselves and put the weights back when they are done. Plenty of cardio equipment and a room to do core work with medicine balls and kettle bells. Very reasonably priced also I am glad to be a member.
