“Love this gym! It is smaller and much more personal than the usual big box gym. I didn't feel intimidated or overwhelmed by everything when I first went in. And it still has everything you need from cardio, free weights, circuit training, etc and you don't have to fight for a spot in line. If you are looking for a gym that has a much more laid back atmosphere while still having all the machines, etc. , this is your place! They have classes and personal training if you're interested but they are also very approachable if you just need help figuring out what machine does what. I'd much rather support my neighborhood small business, a family run gym, especially when it has everything I need and I feel comfortable there! 10/10 definitely recommend 👌“
