If you are looking for a supportive, judgment-free place to not only work out in a super fun community, but also learn how to safely gain strength and overall fitness in a wholistic way, this is your gym family! Wes and all the trainers are excellent, and it’s so much more than a gym. Kate has helped me through knee and neck issues in physical therapy with great success. We have a book club, family workout days for the kids, holiday events, regular dinners out, yoga every week, etc etc. Childcare is included, goal meetings are included, and I can guarantee you will quickly feel a sense of belonging and acceptance that is truly hard to find in other gyms. I’ve never loved working out like I do now because of EQ, and even more importantly, it has been the biggest factor in helping bring me out of a major depression! It has also caused a mindset switch from simply weight loss to feeling empowered by gaining strength and being strong! I have a whole new appreciation for my body and what it is capable of doing, and I respect the process of long term consistency and doing everything in a healthy way, making sure to nourish and fuel my body properly along the way. EQ Fitness and Physical Therapy is the best place. The community is like a family, everyone roots for you and wants you to succeed at your goals. Wes' workouts are great, and that mixed with the goal meetings you can book with him, you are bound to see results. Kate is an amazing physical therapist! With the help of dry needling, cupping and the exercises she gives, I am able to stay ache and pain free while working on my body and mind!
