There customer service is beyond excellent. Dr. Hudson was a cool, down earth guy who seemed to have love for animals. The staff was friendly and helpful the entire time. Really good clinic who makes no excuses for emergency situations, they only have answers. Great veterinarian facility overall.

Our Pups were with Hudson while we lived in South Carolina. Friendly staff and very welcoming! We received notices when we needed to make appts to stay up to date. When we moved and had an issue on the road bc our pups stayed up to date with wellness and vaccinations they were able to advise us.

A lot of Vets in Sumter don't work on Fridays. Hudson differs. They are very attentive to pets' needs and are thorough in their explanations and diagnoses. Our poor Jackapoo was having diarrhea and throwing up today (Friday). The first vet we went to didn't have a veterinarian working but said to hold off on her food for 24 hours and if it wasn't better by Monday then to call back. Hudson has an opening and had us in and was able to tell our little Bella had pancreitis likely caused by the food we were feeding her. They gave us multiple prescriptions, food recommendations moving forward, and even messaged us back after hours to answer our question about her very bloody p*** after being seen. We're switching vets to here because of how greatly Bella was treated today.
