I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The receptionist was so helpful by working us into the schedule on a Saturday. My dog had been scratching his ear and shaking his head all night it was inflamed . The technician and doctor were fantastic and took very good care of Domino!
I have 2 dogs, one they have seen since she was a pup and is now 7 years old ... just added on a new pup at 2 1/2 months ... Hudson Veterinary Hospital is exceptional ... fast and easy check in and check out ... The staff and Dr. Hudson are wonderful ... they are ready to talk to, they give you an itemized break down of what they are going to do and let you decide what you want done ... they explain procedures and give suggestions on foods and medicines ... they are all very friendly, helpful and professional ... I highly recommend them!
We have had nothing but great experiences with this office. Had to put my 15 yo dog down and they gave me such a great experience in such a devastating time. We have also taken two of our cats there and they have had the most friendly staff, takes the time to answer questions you have, and they really care for your pets! Decided to switch vets because of the great experiences we have received.
