Tom did a great job repairing our oven. It was less than a week when he returned with the parts, and recalibrated the temperature gauge. And He returned when my personal thermometer registered differently. Mine was wrong and they didn't even charge me for the return visit. A great family business, please support.

I can't say enough good things about Valued Appliance Services. I was having an issue with my Subzero refrigerator. I called and spoke with nicest lady named Bonnie. Her son owns the business. It's a family owned business. After dealing with large unprofessional companies around Charleston that overcharged me and never fixed my problem, I was happy to finally find a company of professionals that actually knew what they were doing and cared about customer service. Bonnie lined up Hoyt to come to my house the very next day. Hoyt was very nice and knowledgeable and fixed the ice maker that the other repairman was suppose to fix, but didn't.
