I recently had a great experience with Valued Appliance Services when my refrigerator started collecting water on the inside shelves. Steven K. came out to help, and he was incredibly thorough—he quickly identified that the issue was caused by a clogged drain line in the freezer.
He not only cleared and cleaned the ice and water from both the freezer and fresh food sections but also made sure the drain tube was running perfectly before he finished. After testing the unit and ensuring everything was cycling correctly, my refrigerator is back to working just like new. I really appreciated the prompt, professional, and effective service. Highly recommended!
Super professional, had our dryer working and up to snuff in less than an hour. I highly recommend these guys. Their man Steven is on point! Thank you!!
Tom did a great job repairing our oven. It was less than a week when he returned with the parts, and recalibrated the temperature gauge. And He returned when my personal thermometer registered differently. Mine was wrong and they didn't even charge me for the return visit. A great family business, please support.
