They also were having issues with inputting my insurance details and both ladies was like just leave it. Probably could use some extra training in that area! “I got my last pair of prescription glasses here. They have a truly high selection of frames to choose from. All colors and any imaginable style are kept in stock. I was very warmly greeted at the door. There was no pressure to make any decision. That's a good thing as there is much to look at and absorb. I was given guidance as to what would look the best on me and where the best value was. I guarantee you that was appreciated! Without the assistance provided to me I don't think I could have made the right call. About three days after my purchase I received a phone call saying my glasses were ready for pickup! Much care was given as I tried on my new glasses. Once again; no pressure to rush me out the door. This store is obviously after repeat customers! This is a great place to one stop shop! There is no need to run all over Spartanburg just to get a pair of glasses. Eye exams ( with an appointment ) are conducted on site. They do it all here; in store for you! Great Job! Great Experience! I highly suggest you visit this place when the need to improve your vision arises!“

“I haven’t been a customer in 4 years due to issues with receiving my orders. But I thought I would try them again. When you call the phone number you will get sent to an Indian call center, but they’re all very nice. You can make same day apts and they were surprisingly quick. When I walked in for my apt the place was PACKED, but I was still in and out in an hour. I was charged a $65 contact fit fee which is included with most eye exams in other places. Plus the contacts costs a lot more than my other eye doctor. But everyone was nice, it was quick and easy, and I will come back.“
