The Doctor’s and back staff are great! The front staff and check out are rude. I felt rushed picking out frames. I’m new to the world of glasses and wished I’d had a better experience. They also were having issues with inputting my insurance details and both ladies was like just leave it. Probably could use some extra training in that area! Also front staff could use some costumer service training as well.

Where do I start!? The business as a whole is top notch! They are professional, courteous, and they know their stuff! I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else! I'm sure that everyone there is on top of things, but Angela has got customer service to a science! She knows her customers when they walk in the door and always makes the search for the perfect frames, seamless! If there's a problem (that rarely happens) she will work on it till the customer is 100% satisfied. Dr. Sprouse and both Dr. Youngers are fantastic as well!

Megan was the lady's name who helped us. She was very friendly and patient with the 96 year old that I was there getting her a new pair of glasses. She has dementia and keeps repeating questions. Megan had no problem with answering her questions multiple times. She took the time to help us try on as many pairs of frames as we wanted. This is a wonderful group of eye glass professionals and I'd rate them a 10 out of 10.
