Eyes On Henry is wonderful! (Today was my first visit.) Everyone I spoke to was smiling, kind, & respectful! Dr. Janell Martin took extra time to explain everything to me, since it has been a while since I've seen an optometric physician. The bad experiences posted here by others 5yrs prior _were not_ my experience. I recommend Eyes On Henry to anyone!
I have some vision issues and am so thankful to have found a new optometrist and staff that I trust here in Spartanburg after moving here from out of state. Dr. Martin and the entire staff provided competent and kind care during my 1st visit at the Eyes on Henry office. They invested time during my visit to thoroughly examine my vision, answer questions and assist my selection of glasses. Every staff member wore masks and kindly insisted that all patients wear them as well. The exam room had been disinfected and all equipment utilized was sanitized immediately.
First time patient. Very well organized office and staff. Dr Martin was very cordial and attentive. Even had the chance to talk about other things other than just optometry. One stop shop. A wide selection of glasses for all. Everything was explained thoroughly. I highly recommend this office.
