I had the earlier that day a run-in (which was horrendous) w/ Freeman Gas. The installer was very disrespectful as (Misty) the customer service rep for them. However when I spoke w/ Ms Janet from Ideal Fuel she made me feel like going w/them is the Best decision I ever made. Their prices are lower (they don’t try to oversell) as well as the Customer Service Experience is 10x better than a Freeman Gas will Ever be if they keep the current people there. Even though my installation is on hold due to them getting the required tank I need (bc Ms Janet listened and like I said didn’t try to oversell) is on back order. I will wait a year or longer for Ideal rather than deal...read full review
