“Called them on a Sunday morning after ac stopped working on Sunday afternoon, company assigned by my homeowners warranty never responded to their dispatch work order within their listed business hours which included weekends. I was able to reach the Priority Heating & Air on call tech and was able to schedule a visit within 2 hours of the call. Repair was made promptly and unit is back an working. The initially tried to fix and got my AC unit of 22 years to run for a short amount of time. I decided to replace the unit. “Lord knows im not a fan of gas companies. While I admit I'm new ro dealing with them, In the 5 years since I moved to SC I've had problems with all gas companies I've had to deal with which by now is up to 4.
Ideal is the first one that did not make me feel like I was interviewing for the privilege of being their customer and actually came out when they said they would and went above and beyond to fix or advise on all my issues at a reasonable cost.
