Dr. Jim is the best physician I’ve ever had across any healthcare experience. He actually listens and doesn’t disregard your concerns nor make you feel patronized, and as a woman receiving care from a male provider, that’s incredibly important. I’ve left every appointment feeling like it was the most productive doctor’s visit ever. Today, I was in awful pain unrelated to my scheduled appointment, and immediately Dr. Jim asks what he can do to help me be more comfortable and address the issue. Brio is my primary care, and today after a sick visit, I realized I’ve never left them a review. Dr. Nattier (Kate) was (and always is) fantastic, attentive, and thorough. She makes sure to answer any questions I might have, and she always ensures I have a clear understanding of any treatment plans we might decide on. I never feel rushed or dismissed, and no matter how many questions I might have, or how silly they might be, Kate always responds without judgement.
