Based on the reviews, Bon Secours Primary Care is a doctor's office where every visit makes patients feel special and cared for. The nursing staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. Desai is a wonderful primary care physician who is very knowledgeable, kind, and personable. She always greets with a smile, really listens, and is thorough. Dr. Desai is proactive, encouraging regarding health, and looks at other doctors' reports. The office is very efficient with quick intake, labs, and visits. Everyone is polite, courteous, and professional. The front office staff is friendly and makes patients feel at home.
So far so good! I met Dr Desai and was very happy with her demeanor, friendliness, patience and professional advice. She took time to speak with me and find out about my concerns. Everyone in the office was very friendly. I was seeing in a timely manner. Their phlebotomist was right on! She did a great job on taking blood and I'm usually a difficult person to get blood from.
Dr. Desai is my Primary Caregiver. I've Seen Her for Quite a few years now. I had a mixup recently and didn't make my Appt. On time. I thought it was at 2:00 instead of 9:00. When I didn't show up, She asked her Staff to call me and make sure I was o.k. because I'm never late. This brought the Term Personal Care Physician a Whole New Meaning.
Dr Desai is the best she's very thorough and caring and always available. She's not always quick to prescribe without getting to the root of what is actually going on. I know I can trust her with my health and appreciate her very much! Heidi is an amazing compliment to Dr Desai as they work as a power team along with the very kind and sweet staff that always makes visits easy. Thank you all at Bon Secours Primary Care- Mauldin for being the gold standard of primary care!
