Based on the reviews, Bon Secours Primary Care is a doctor's office where every visit makes patients feel special and cared for. The nursing staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. Desai is a wonderful primary care physician who is very knowledgeable, kind, and personable. She always greets with a smile, really listens, and is thorough. Dr. Desai is proactive, encouraging regarding health, and looks at other doctors' reports. The office is very efficient with quick intake, labs, and visits. Everyone is polite, courteous, and professional. The front office staff is friendly and makes patients feel at home.

Dr Desai has been my primary care physician for about four years and I absolutely love her and all the nurses and other staff at the Maudlin office. I followed her to this location when she moved from a different Greenville office because I didn’t want anyone else. Dr Desai is very knowledgeable, kind and personable. She is very proactive and encouraging regarding my health and looks at the other doctors reports whom I see for other conditions. I recommend her with my highest enthusiasm!
