“This is not a typical salon…this is a top spa salon experience. Allison is great at explaining and understanding what you want from a cut/color/style. It is a little pricier than some salons, but I consistently get what I want and can go longer between appt due to her skill at seamless grow outs. 100% worth it!! I don’t dread my appts any longer. Not to mention all the little things she does to make you feel special, unlike any salon I’ve ever been to.“

“I received a hair cut from Caroline and I just want to say how amazing she is and the cut was! I walked in as soon as they opened and she was very welcoming and kind. She was very great at keeping conversation too. One thing I’d say was much different in my experience compared to other stylists I’ve been to in other salons is that there was no drama/passive aggressiveness. It sounds silly but I can’t even express how many times I’ve walked into a salon and the stylist is itching for tea. It was a genuine experience with a genuine person. Now that’s the conversation.

I asked a couple of questions like how long she’s been cutting hair for and she also shared what made her passionate to begin. I’ve had too many bad experiences with unqualified stylists so I was nervous but had much hope. By the time she finished I was honestly surprised. With only 2 years under her belt, she did an incredible job and I feel so great. I’m very very picky with my hair but she did exactly what I wanted. I can only imagine where she will be in 5 years from now.

“I highly recommend this salon. I have never been disappointed. Maggie did an amazing job on my cut! I think each stylist at Bloom is committed to making sure each customer is heard and satisfied with whatever the service may be. I feel like I should mention... Shay used to be my stylist- she is no longer at Bloom but she is awesome. However, I expressed this to Maggie and she really made me feel at ease. Also it is amazing they offer other services. I'm trying the chemical peel tomorrow!

“This store is always kind and accommodating to my mom. She's in a wheelchair and has a hard time with direct speech. Instead of talking to me for information, they always address her and ask her opinions.
They always do a really good job on her hair and take the time to blow hair off of her wheelchair, too!
There are places much closer to where she lives, but we always return to this location!“

I flew in just for the day, landed, Uber to salon and flight home just hours later! . Tracey stayed late (amazing loft building for their salon btw) to help me find the PERFECT wig for me. Color selection is fabulous and they will customize as well. Tracey is the sweetest, beyond compassionate and soo skilled in her craft. Found them on social media and I will be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you Tracey.
