She was extremely accommodating with the situation I had going on during my scheduled time....she did an amazing job with my hair... she was also very "informed" (inside joke, hope you remember) bout me being a new client and also a great sounding bored (listener)....she has great customer service skills and very personable.....will definitely go back.
