She took the time to do a strand test 24 hrs before my first appointment so she was familiar with my hair- something no other stylist has ever done for me. From the moment I walk in for my appointment to the moment I walk out I am greeted warmly and treated like a much-loved friend. Spencer is amazing too, keeping up the conversation and kind consideration though I haven't had the pleasure of her hair expertise personally. My color and style always turn out somehow better than I can imagine in my head and I am so grateful to have found Ava. She's spoiled me so thoroughly that I cannot imagine ever going to anyone else and am genuinely terrified she will figure out how amazing she is at what she does and transition to some high-profile place I could not even dream to afford.“
