We had a great experience with Modern Roofing! Our sales manager, Favian, was very friendly and very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the complicated process with our insurance company. They did a great job with our roof and we are very happy with everything. We would highly recommend Modern Roofing, especially working with Favian!
I couldn’t be happier with the job done on my roof. The team did amazing work — fast, clean, and clearly skilled. The staff made the whole process easy, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied.
I would like to shout out Favian, who I worked with from the start. Everything was clear and upfront, and he put it in writing. Michelle, who was instrumental in helping with the processing of my check, and Blake, the general manager, who really sealed the deal.
My roof looks fantastic, and the service I received was even better. Highly recommend!
Surprisingly easy to get my roof replaced. We've been told for years that our insurance probably wouldn't cover a repair, but after speaking with Modern they were able to justify the replacement to our insurance. The process was very easy, without unexpected costs (working with the mortgage company to get the payment released was more complex). I chose to upgrade one level of shingles, but it was my choice rather than a high pressure sales pitch. The team came out and replaced the roof in one day, and as far as I can tell they did a great job - better than the subs that put on the original roof (which still had roofing nails on the roof when we bought the house).… read full review
