I was in tears trying to figure out what to do about my power cord to my monitor because I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. I was there waiting for you to open in tears. Not only did he quickly diagnose and fix a minor issue with the computer, but he also took the time to inspect Chris’ iPod—without us even asking.
