ESTHER Was AMAZING. Pleasant ambience & the way she treats her customers? I was well taken care of. I was honored to have her cut my hair for the first time. I got a mushroom cut and she talked me through every step and explained what she was doing and why. Shes so wholesome and welcoming. Latoya is the best hair stylist in Johnson City, TN! As a college student, I do not have the time to drive back to my hometown to get my hair done, so I began looking for black hairstylist and I found Latoya! My son's first haircut was an awesome experience! Leroy Sherman was attentive and patient during the entire process. The TV was on to help distract him when the wiggles took over. And he was even able to fit in my husband afterwards! 10/10 recommend.

Gold did my toddlers hair and he was very professional and very good with him the whole time , I LOVE his hair cut and will definitely come back here . The whole store was welcoming and after my son got finished he gave him a icy and he was all good! Not the best photo of his hair but with his curls done he looks amazing !
Awesome job my bff dad has been going here for years.. They are one group of gentlemen I didnt hear one curse word or horrid conversation not once.. The atmosphere is welcoming and sometimes they even cook ... My bff dad suffers with dementia but they still treat him very very well and with the utmost respect.... 10/10. I had a great experience at this school! The staff member who answered my call was so helpful and walked me through the website and their squire app with ease. I came in for a wash and blow dry, and the individual did an amazing job—my hair came out smooth, shiny, and beautiful. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

They were extremely careful as they cared about what I wanted. Good company. Friendly and easy to talk to. Clean place. Great color selections. I got a regular manicure and a regular pedicure by Alex which I enjoyed. I had an appointment and they were ready when I arrived. It took 2 hours but it didn't seem that long because I was in good company I will go back in the future.

I’m here for a mani/pedi, I haven’t even gotten through the pedi yet and I am already very pleased and impressed with the service! My nail tech, Lee, pays very close attention to detail, and she is very very thorough. I highly recommend her and the establishment is very clean and organized! The prices are very reasonable as well! 10/10

The Salon is beautiful and feels so personable, and Morgan was fantastic, she did a great job on my hair, really took her time, and my blowout lasted much longer than any other I’ve gotten! Walk in nail trimming! They do a great job. We don't board, but have had washes done and always go there for nail trims.
My dog loves it here he was a first time visitor and everything worked out great the staff is extremely helpful and friendly I love the fact that my dog gets to socialize with other dogs I highly recommend them
