“I just recently switched switch dry cleaners. I was not impressed with the prior dry cleaners due to the fact every set of laundry I took there, when returned there would be a completely non repairable shirt or a shirt with oil spots or other misc material on either dry cleaning or laundry. The previous cleaners was convenient however the mishandling and disregard of our expensive clothing was truly unacceptable. We gave them many more tries to get it right. Even talked to the owner. However every time there was a disappointment. When they raised their prices 35% is when we stopped going there. After laundered shirts which cost $85 from Dillards had to be thrown away and no compensation. I have been back in Oburg for 10 years and my mom and dad used them all the time. But the experiences we encountered were unbelievable.
I came to KIRKLAND’s. The front ladies I fell in love with immediately. They were so friendly and showed compassion. Their knowledge about laundry and dry cleaning was exceptional. I have taken tuxedos suits shirt (which the starch is always perfect) linen items cashmere etc. everything has been perfect. They went as far as finding by shirt studs which I left in my cuffed shirt. They were relatively expensive but they had them in an envelope for me. Who does that anymore. Kirklands does. Beat dry cleaners yet. Thanks go out to everyone in every position at KIRKLAND’s. Next day service when brining in after 5 is worth it. Nothing has been damaged and the clothes come back exactly like they went. I love them. Share this with all your friend who live in Orangeburg.
