The facility is clean, and patients feel welcome and encouraged from the moment they walk in the door. The staff truly wants to help, and they take time to learn about each patient. Plans are altered to meet the needs of the patient, and the therapists work their clients hard to challenge them to do their best. The whole experience has been more than patients could have imagined, and there is great faith in the care provided. Witnesses have seen the staff go well and above just their job, showing kindness to special needs patients. This is a great environment for healing, and anyone needing physical therapy is highly recommended to come here.
I went today for my first visit and I was very impressed. I was very impressed on how knowledgeable the young lady that helped me was. She definitely knew all the muscles and components of the human body that was causing my pain and discomfort. She loosened up my back muscles and helped me be able to bend my neck some for the first time since October 2, 2024.
I would highly recommend Benchmark to anyone needing physical therapy, the place was clean, they are kind from the moment you walk in the door and truly want to help you. I have been a patient with Benchmark PT since it was Crescent PT. Everytime I've had to return I knew they would get me right and challenge me to do my best. I never doubt my ability to recover as the team here works very hard with each patient encounter. When I walk through the doors I feel welcome and encouraged. They care about how you are feeling and plans are altered to meet the needs of the patient. This is a great environment for healing. The facility is clean and you can tell every member of the staff loves their job. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy.
Absolutely love the staff! They are amazing and take time to learn about each patient while working with you! The whole experience that I am receiving while recovering from my surgery has been more than I could've imagined! I would recommend them over and over!!
