“I had injured both my Achilles tendons somehow back in April. I noticed it the first week of April but was hoping they would heal themselves. By the time I decided to get P/T, it was mid-May. They were very stiff to where I could barely walk in the mornings, a definite 8 to 9 on the 10-pain scale. I had 8 treatments which had helped tremendously, but I was probably still at about a 2 in morning stiffness. I took a few weeks off and did home stretching and exercises, but really was feeling no further improvement; so I went back for six more treatments. Lauren Lee was my physical therapist both times, and Taylor had seen me for several of those treatments as well. Both Lauren and Taylor were excellent! They knew exactly what to do. And they were both very supportive when I was feeling they may not get better than the level 2 stiffness. They explained that the Achilles tendons do take a long time to heal and very well explained the anatomy and healing process. I did finally have that "quantum leap" to where I am pretty much pain free. Even the mornings are about 98 percent back to normal. They gave me several tips on what to do to keep them stretched out, and I do feel that they will eventually get back to pre-injury condition. Thank you, Lauren and Taylor!“

“I got the stress detox and refresh package and have literally never felt more relaxed in my life! Chantal does such an amazing job at making me feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time. This package included a facial with cold stones, a peppermint scalp massage, deep tissue therapy, a peppermint sugar scrub on the whole body, and foot reflexology. It was a 2.5 hour massage and I really enjoyed every second of it! I would recommend coming here over any other massage place in town.

The atmosphere in the room is also very relaxing! The massage table is very clean and heated for comfort. There is dim lighting with calming music that immediately gives you a sense of peace when entering the room. There is quiet, calming music playing and the essential oil diffuser smelled amazing. This is truly such a relaxing experience and I feel so much better after going here!“

“I was there one day last week after driving to Hilton Head all day. Grace was my masseuse. It was a terrific massage, she got all my knots out from driving. I went a few days later but Grace was off. I had a masseuse with short hair and no massage skills. She even told me she had small hands and not very strong. If you go be sure to call ahead for Grace. Also you can pay for the massage with a card but the short haired lady insisted on cash for the tip. I’m giving 5 stars for Grace.“
