“We purchased almost an entire house of luxury vinyl plank from Exact Flooring. Over the course of the next year or so the floor curled and started to break off. This was a manufacturers defect. It took six months but Exact Flooring did fight for us with the manufacturer to have it replaced. Eventually the flooring was replaced with flooring from a different manufacturer. A big thank you to Eric at Exact Flooring for standing up for us.“

Since it was a very complex job, it took numerous months. Covid played into the timeframe causing shortages of materials and coordinating of sequencing of labor. However, the results are stellar.We also had them paint our house which was a change of paint color and shutters accented in a grey color. Again the job looks fantastic.I recommend this remodeling company and possibly have materials acquired before the demolition starts. It was worth the wait but might have been easier to live in if over a shorter period of time“
